Hi! My name is Leonie. A Brisbane, Australia based VA & OBM, dedicated to providing assistance to businesses from Tech Support, Administration, Business Management, Personal Assistant, Social Media and Customer/Client Services and more.

I offer more than a decade of IT, administration, customer service and marketing experience. Supporting clients in various industries including coaching/mentoring, health and wellness, professional services, finance, plumbing trade, marketing, IT and Transport & Logistics industries. Prior to starting my VA business I worked in many various roles in business and office management, administration and customer service from finance, public service, retail, hospitality and more. I also have a background in IT which also enables me to pickup new programs and platforms with ease.
