Hi! My name is Leonie. A Brisbane, Australia based Virtual Assistant, dedicated to providing tech and general admin assistance to businesses from Tech Support, Administration, Personal Assistant, Business Management, Personal Concierge, Social Media and Customer/Client Services and more.

I offer more than a decade of IT, administration, customer service and marketing experience. Supporting clients in various industries including coaching/mentoring, health and wellness, finance, plumbing trade, marketing, IT and Transport & Logistics industries. Prior to starting my VA business support journey I worked in many various roles in administration and customer service from finance, public service, retail, hospitality and the luxury bathroomware and have a background in IT which also enables me to pickup new programs and platforms with ease.

I have a diverse set of skills to provide high level support in many different environments to be able to deliver quality, accurate and prompt services to my clients and you.
