Casual - Ad Hoc
$70 per hour
With no on-going commitment it’s the perfect choice for clients who know they need assistance for the week ahead but unsure of their exact requirements. The benefit of this option is you will be invoiced for only the hours worked at the end of the week (Monday-Friday) with a 7 day payment term.
Retainers and Packages
Have a large project or ongoing work that you need assistance with? Then a retainer or package will better suit your needs. Ongoing retainer hours booked in advance with time dedicated in my weekly schedule. Retainers and packages are invoiced and paid for in advance for the week/fortnight ahead.
Lite Support: up to 5 hour retainer or package $325 ($65ph)
Pro Support: up to 10 hour retainer or package $600 ($60ph)
Note:
Ongoing retainers secure your hours in Leonie’s schedule each week, fortnight or month and secure you a discounted hourly rate (minimum 3 month sign up). Packages are non-ongoing but still secure you a discounted hourly rate.
Both retainers and packages are paid for in advance, are non-refundable and do not roll over (unless otherwise agreed).
Priority Services
$80 per hour
Have an unexpected deadline that’s come up or something urgent you need completed within the next 48 hours? My priority service will see your requirements met within your urgent time frame.
